This quiet rancher sits right off of HWY 52 in Pinnacle, NC. The property is connected to Pilot Mountain State Park on two sides. PMSP trails can be accessed from here. Right down the road, there is a river access to the Yadkin River and horseback riding trails. Hanging Rock state park and the Dan River are only a few miles away. Unique place has a style all its own. It is private, one year old now and hand worked by owner. NO PETS. Small 350+ sq feet. Open floorplan, no separate bedroom. Large front porch with wooden rockers. Kitchen is very small, with most everything except for oven. Has two small ponds with fish in them loaner poles and tackle in closet no license required. It's in the woods there is wildlife, stream and old growth trees to view. Park style charcoal grill in the yard. Hammock, picnic area at ponds.
