This home was originally designed by John Wangenstein in 1860 as the water pump house for the City of Duluth but was abandoned. Miss Elisabeth Congdon converted the pumphouse into an absolutely stunning French-style home. Next to the boat launch is also a public dock/pier for fishing. If you're coming just to relax, then enjoy the very large three-season porch w/no mosquitos! Nebagamon is rider friendly. Trails accessible from property. Look for the Big (8 foot) Blue Rooster standing in front of the property! NO CLEANING FEE!
