The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. You will be staying in a renovated 1926 Spanish Colonial Revival building steps from Historic Downtown Melbourne. With a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen, we have worked to provide modern comforts and all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. Unit D is on the 2nd floor at the rear of the house with a private entrance on a small balcony.

Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.

Crane Creek Inn Manatee Suite: Waterfront Pool!

Welcome to the Crane Creek Inn. Built in 1925, the historic property is situated directly on beautiful Crane Creek, just one block away from everything Downtown Melbourne has to offer. This studio apartment is our smallest suite and has a private entrance from the pool deck. All outdoor areas of the property are shared with other guests. Guests staying in this suite do not have access to the main house.

Manatee Point Cottage, Private Waterfront Getaway

The Manatee Point Cottage is a quaint, private 1 bedroom, 1 bath residence with stunning views and access to the Eau Gallie River. The Manatee Point Cottage features a fully equipped kitchen and bath, cable television, WiFi, and outside deck to relax on after a great day on the water. Guests will have access to kayaks and boat dock to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Intracoastal Waterway.

The Rivers Edge is located on the Eau Gallie River in Melbourne FL. Enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can enjoy yourself while seeing the best of Florida's wildlife at a historic residence. We are 3 miles from the beach, 2 miles from the Melbourne airport and close to several breweries. Dock space available for boats & we have kayaks you are welcome to use.
