Die MONOCEROS hat alles, was man für eine kuschelige Auszeit und romantische Abende braucht. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und Bar für 4 Personen, Kamin und einem großes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Ein bequemes Klappbett für zwei und eine Couch bieten Platz für maximal 4 Personen. Unser Boot liegt in einem umzäunten Privatgelände welches nachts durch einen Sicherheitsdienst überwacht wird. Bis auf den Waschbären und den Fuchs ist man also vor Besuchern geschützt

Unser Apartment ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche des Olympiastadions, der Waldbühne oder der Messe-Berlin. Das Apartment hat eine vollausgestattete Küche, einen Kamin sowie eine Terrasse. U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

Ob als Unterkunft für einen Berlin-Trip oder für Konzert- oder Sportveranstaltungen hat man von hier den perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Lediglich 15 Minuten zu Fuß benötigt es, um zur Waldbühne oder dem Olympiastadion zu kommen. Die nächste S-Bahnstation ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
