Breath-taking views across the countryside yet just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute busride to the university campus and onwards to the city centre. Within easy reach of beaches and Dartmoor and 1 mile from main-line train station. Well-stocked farm shop across the road. The studio is in our garden - here to help and also respect your privacy

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Shepherds Hut, peace and privacy.

Self contained bliss. A unique Shepherds Hut with it's own shower/wc. Comfortable double bed. Quiet, cosy & very restful. Close the door on the outside world for a while and totally relax enjoying the views from the bed & admire the dark starry sky at night. Lovely. Warm & cosy at all times with a super woodburner. Your own private outdoor space, great views & peace & quiet, fire up the BBQ or maybe a walk straight from your door through the beautiful lanes & fields. Private parking.

Beer Head Caravan Park - Sleeps 4 (C14)

A comfortable newly sited Swift static caravan with amazing views in a quiet fishing village on the Jurassic Coast. Walks across the cliffs towards Branscombe and the other way to Seaton as well as close to local attractions such as Dartmoor and. Exmoor. A good selection of pubs and eateries in the village as well as in the surrounding villages and towns all just a short drive away. Please be aware there is a fairly long steep hill from the village/beach up to the caravan park.

Oake Manor golf club is about 1 mile away and Junction 26 of the M5 is roughly 3 miles.

Cassia Cosy Luxury Bespoke Shepherds Hut

Cassia is a bespoke Shepherds Hut, constructed August 2021. Situated on Stockland marshes perfect for walking and bird watching , a quiet retreat to get away from it all. The coast is five minutes drive away. This area boasts one of the UK’s largest new wetland reserves, providing habitat for a mix of wetland wildlife, including otters, wildfowl, owls and waders, migrating birds are an attraction and varied wildlife including dear can often be spotted.

Our cosy shepherd’s hut, Catkins, offers breathtaking views across West Dorset – the perfect escape in any season. Unwind in the wood-fired hot tub, light the fire pit under the stars, or snuggle by the wood burner. Wake to panoramic views from your bed, enjoy a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and make use of board games and books. Within walking distance of a pub and with easy access to footpaths, it’s an ideal base for exploring and relaxing.

Baba Yaga’s Boudoir

Welcome to Baba Yaga’s Boudoir! A beautiful little cabin-on-wheels tucked away at the bottom of a small farm focussed on sustainability and spiritual practise, hidden in a willow wood and overlooking a wild pond. Please note I've put in some extra measures in response to COVID-19 to help make sure my guests stay as safe as possible whilst effecting your stay as minimally as possible. The Roost in the Blackdowns

The Roost is a modern self-contained loft with secure garage underneath, bordering pasture farmland. This peaceful small hamlet is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty without street lighting and with stunning views across the picturesque and hidden Culm Valley. There are country walks from your door, with pubs nearby. Dogs are welcome, but remembering that sheep and cows need to live in peace in the field right next door.

Modern rustic cabin near Lyme Regis

The old writers Cabin is set in our woodland garden in the hills just 10 minutes away from Lyme Regis. The cabin has been handcrafted from oak and douglas fir to create a luxury and romantic space for two. With a cosy log burner, king sized bed with feather and down bedding, outside bath tub and shower, complete with stunning views over the valley, it really is the perfect space to escape the world and re-set.
