My solar powered home is in a Transit Oriented Community (TOC) which means you can get around this area without a car. I rent out the guest suite in the back half of my house which has a private entrance & furnished outdoor space. I’ve been on Airbnb for 10+ years with over 100 five star reviews. I love doing this.

The studio is very close to so many venues that you never have to go too far to get to your destination! You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.
