Fabulous Penthouse Apartment in the Heart of Reykjavik

This fabulous penthouse apartment is on the 4th floor with an incredible oceanview over the old harbor. Our apartment is located in downtown, the best location possible location in Reykjavik. The 200 m2 apartment is with amazing view of the old harbor and Hallgrímskirkja. The kitchen is open and fully equipped with all the kitchen appliances you need. Dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with a very large table for up to 20 people where you can enjoy the expectacular view. Along the dining area is one of the living rooms decorated with comfortable but stylish furniture's. The other living room big sofa, TV and walkable to the balcony. The balcony is very spacious with great view over the midtown and Hallgrímskirkja The apartment has three bedrooms are approx. 25 fm2 with queen size beds and spacious closets. All bedrooms have smartTV and private bathrooms with showers. There is heat in the floor, very high ceilings and the apartment is located on the 4th floor with very nice neighbours. On the first floor is an art Gallery. You will have access to all you might need, free WIFI, clean towels and necessities for cooking, oil, sugar, coffee, spices etc. The check out time is at 12:00 noon and check in at 15:00 or later if you wish. This is the common rule but we take other times into consideration if requested. We are very hospitable and friendly owners so please do not hesitate to contact us. Set in the city centre by the old harbor, the flat is a stone’s throw away from the Reykjavik Art Museum and The National Gallery of Iceland, as well as shops and cafes. Take a stroll along the Sculpture and Shore Walk, then stop at Kopar for dinner.

You have exclusive use of this apartment. You will not be sharing anything with other guests. We are right in the middle of downtown, on the main street. It is really fun to walk around and people on this street. Lyngbær is the name of this little house, it is located in Bræðratunga in the outskirt of Mosfellsbæ, only 50 minutes drive from the International Airport. Lyngbær is surrounded with fir trees and birch, moss and mountains, with hiking trails all around, and near by is the lake Hafravatn. 2 km to the next grocery store, and 3 km to the center of Mosfellsbæ, where you can find a bakery, restaurants and library. About 600 meters to the bus stop, where you can take the bus to Reykjavík centrum.

The Secret Cabin with hot tube in Nature Reserve

The location is exceptional, located hillside in a beautiful nature reserve, still very close to the downtown Reykjavik, 20 min drive. In winter Dec-March 4x4 car is essential in Iceland. No public transport. Enjoy the hot tube in the evening and watch for the Northern Lights, then rest inside and amid wood paneling that extends to the vaulted ceilings, and look out forest-wards from the deck. The International airport is 40-50 minutes drive. Ideal located for exploring the South West.
