-The studio is completely for 2 people, it is not shared with other guests, private bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. Independ entrance and parking in the driveway. -The neighborhood is quiet, safe, clean, the neighbors are respectful. -You will find: •Walmart •Albertson •CVS Pharmacy -Vegas Blvd is 10 min driving. -McCarran Airport and Rental Car are 5 min. -3 min Freeway access. -Town Square and Sunset Park are 7 min driving.
