**WE ARE ON THE US SIDE** Located on the 2nd floor of an older 2 story home. Private, nothing fancy, traditional Cozy 1 bedroom apartment. Similar to a cottage setting. WiFi/Paramount +included. There is also an apartment on the first floor and is completely separate. PEACEFUL AREA. Parking. We live directly next door (brick house)and are 30 seconds away if you need anything.
