Our comfortable carriage house is centrally located in Springfield, one of Jacksonville's historic districts, making it easy to access all that Jacksonville has to offer. We are close to downtown, the river, Daily's Place, and the stadium. We are about 20 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the airport. Our apartment is located over our detached garage. You will have your own private entrance + one parking space.

Close to restaurants, grocery, MD Anderson Cancer Center and Wolfson Children's Hospital. Owners live in main house on site but suite has its own private entrance and parking. You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.
