I have prepared a varied and interesting program which would be useful for both – beginners and experienced pastry chefs. No experience required!
It's going to be a jam-packed day with a ton of skills, tips, and techniques. It will be a combination of hands-on and demonstrations. This masterclass will explore different methods of making cakes and teach you all the important rules for success. You’ll acquire a lovely and varied cake repertoire.
Aprons will be provided to cook during the class.
It is a small group, and you will work in pairs. All the cakes are Gluten Free. We will make, assemble and glaze :
- Strawberry Hearts (GF)
- Peanut Butter & Raspberry Chocolate (GF)
- Individual Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake
- Crunchy layers
- Confit, mousses, fillings
- Glazing cakes
- You can take all cake/dessert home - I will provide boxes :)
- All ingredients, equipment, and tools will be provided.
- You will receive a full recipe of what we will make during the class.
At the end of the class, you will sit down to sample all that you have made and take home any leftovers, along with teas and coffee.
