9 -9:30 am: Over a coffee, you and the chef will establish the program of the morning
9:30 am-11:30 am: Immersion workshop with the chef and the kitchen staff
11:30 am -12 pm: Observation of the beginning of lunch service at the pass, next to the chef
12-1:30 pm: Sit down for a 3-course lunch menu in the dining room
During this immersion, you'll spend half a day in the kitchen of the restaurant Le Prince Noir, with chef Vivien Durand by your side. The workshop takes place in the morning with just you, the chef, and his team, while they get all the food ready for the day. Learn how to chop, slice, sear, and sauce, just like a real cooking apprentice.
At your arrival, the chef will greet you with a coffee and together you'll discuss the program of the cooking immersion. Have a look at the menu together, discuss the dishes, recipes, and techniques that you'd love to learn based on the Chef's plan for the day.
9:30 am: It's time to cook! Just like an intern or apprentice, you'll be a true member of the staff for the morning. You'll put into practice everything you discussed with the Chef, who will teach you everything he knows and will show you how he cooks.
11:30 am: It's the beginning of lunch service! Watch the team in action as they start to send out the first orders.
