I will teach you how to ferment your own vegetables. First, we'll start with fresh herbal tea or coffee at my home as we get acquainted. Then we will crack on and get stuck in by tasting a range of fermented vegetables and fruits, to get you familiar with the taste and smells of this amazingly beneficial condiment. I'll tell you why it's so good for you and how you might incorporate it into your daily diet. Then I'll teach you how to make your own - we will chop and grate and squeeze, mix and pack. We'll talk about what to do to continue the fermenting process at home and run through some trouble-shooting, just in case. It is my intention to inspire you with a handout full of recipes, as well as you taking away your own fermenting vegetables for the start of your fermenting journey.
