Welcome to a unique vermouth tasting and tapas cooking experience!
You will learn how to prepare and enjoy one of our oldest and most beloved traditions: having a vermouth, in a class that combines the good table with the experience of tasting and learning about the history of vermouth, both as a drink and a social occasion.
The Vermouth Ceremony begins with an explanation about the world of vermouth, its origin and qualities, followed by the preparation and tasting of two different vermouths.
You will also learn how to prepare a fancy and punchy cocktail with a splash of vermouth!
Then, during two hours, our chef Beppe will prepare with you the best vermouth tapas, pinchos and banderillas using locally sourced and fresh products and explaining all his tips ans tricks,
