“Manchamanteles” Mole is a fruity mole sauce that originates from the Mexican state of Puebla. This versatile sauce can be served over pork loin, chicken, quesadillas, enchiladas or any dish of your choice. In our class, we will try adding mole to a Quesadilla, and then you can use the mole however you wish and have a creation of your own.

Mole can be a very complicated dish to prepare, and there are many ways to do it, but the Manchamantel Mole from Puebla can be the most desirable for this experience because it's an easy one to prepare, yet sophisticated enough to make it a great one.

This will be an interactive experience where you will learn how to prepare the Mole, ask as many questions as you have, and interact with other people doing the same thing to see who can make the very best mole. This is perfect for lunch or for dinner!

I am a Mexican chef and love what I do! I love cooking delicious meals from my grandma's recipes. She was the best cook I have ever met, and I love to play around with that and find my very own creations. Her favorite dish is the mole, a very exotic Mexican sauce that can accompany many different dishes.

This class was wonderful - make sure you add cloves to the list of ingredients you buy. The mole tastes great and i will be making it again. There are so many components to this mole. One way to get ahead is by having your apples peeled before the class begins.

The mole came out great and delicious. If you are looking for homemade mole, this online experience is for you. But, I suggest chopping everything and preparing every ingredient in advance. As the experience is only 1 hour, Jacinto made the sauce only within 30 minutes including food processor and chopping time. If you are not good at chopping fast, just do everything in advance before class so that you can catch up.

This mole is *amazing.* Jacinto is a great teacher, good at explaining everything and talking about how to adjust the recipe to your individual taste and the flavorfulness of your ingredients, and I really enjoyed hearing him talking about the family history of the recipe. We had a wonderful time making mole with Jacinto! He walked us through each step and shared beautiful family stories. Plus, our end result was delicious! Wow! We are from Mexico City living in the USA & have to say that we have never tried this famous mole before and it was simply delicious!!! The setting transported me back in time to the traditional & authentic Mexican kitchen we grew up in. The host made sure we were following him by asking us if we had any questions throughout the experience. We fully recommend this experience with Jacinto who is a friendly and experienced Mexican chef!

Great experience and delicious dish. The pace was good, a Jacinto shared some very interesting facts about Mexican culture. When I signed up, I assumed we would only be making mole, when in fact we made a complete meal! I will definitely make this again!
