Our family welcomes you to our cozy loft located above our unused garage. Private entrance, place to yourselves, queen size bed with pull out couch that can sleep 2, Roku TV, extra linens, standup shower, heater and air conditioning and book nook. Note there is no stove, just a air fryer and griddle No pets allowed Minutes from Fair Haven and Chimney Bluffs. Gas stations and Dollar General in town Eats- Fullers Ice Cream shop, 104 Store Note- the garage is a metal roof, bad cell reception

Built in 2021, our home has everything you need to live, work, and relax: 2 comfortable king beds, 2 baths complete with heated floors, a well-appointed chef's kitchen, and a cozy living room with fireplace. Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
