The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

It's only 20 min walk going along the seafront boulevard to Hastings and slightly further along the Old Town of Hastings and plenty of fishermongers by the Jerwood Gallery.
