Screened-in game and entertainment garage space, plus back patio for grilling and relaxation. Neighborhood pool across the street and indoor/outdoor water park, arcade, gym (remodeled in 2020) and on location bars/restaurants are a 5-minute walk or short drive away. Six free waterpark passes each day.

3 bedroom King Suite at Stay Suites-Browns Bay

Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Table 316 Restaurant. These are in addition to our other Stay Properties across the street. Browns Bay Suite offers a comfy king bed with a full bathroom. There are 2 additional rooms, each with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom just off the kitchen. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds) pots and pans. The living room area has couch, chairs and smart TV.

Modestly decorated with eclectic treasures. Our guest suite is great for brewery, antique or local sports enthusiasts or a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway. Coded access gives you the opportunity to come and go at your leisure. Beautiful rural acreage with private "bunkhouse" located minutes from the Okoboji Iowa Great Lakes, Historic Spencer, and the Clay County Fair, the world's greatest county fair. Two private bedrooms and plenty of hang-out space and extra sleeping spaces.

Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Cleaning fee included in the nightly rate.

Center Lake Retreat Entire Lower Level Walk Out

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.
