Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Restored from old ruins, this cottage offers an adventurous escape on the wild Hook Peninsula while inviting you to slow down and live simply. With no modern distractions, it feels like stepping back in time — a place to reconnect, play cards, share stories and enjoy the moments we often miss. Coastal trails start at your door, hidden beaches and the lighthouse are close by, and the shared courtyard with two other restored cottages adds to the charm of a quieter, more connected way of living.

Our house has a private garden with spectacular uninterrupted seaviews and a shared common green area. We live close by and can help with any local information you might need to enhance your stay.

Once a humble fisherman's terraced house, it has been lovingly renovated to blend charm with modern comforts. Just a two minute stroll brings you to Duncannon's famed long beach and when you work up an appetite there are a choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes.
