Great for families!! 1196 E. Shore Drive is a fabulous rustic lake house (circa 1890) on Cayuga Lake 2.5 miles from downtown Ithaca. 330 ft of frontage w/ full sun and awesome sunsets. Huge dock and hot tub. Private. NOTE: the railroad tracks come close to the house and so does the road (traffic noise during the week is noticeable). And because of the tracks, the driveway is SHORT AND STEEP. Price based on # of people. See below. Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.

A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. Beautiful vintage cottage at lake level in historical “Cottage Row”, 3 miles from downtown Ithaca.  Cottage has upper and lower porches, dock, fire-pit, BBQ grill, and kayaks. Pets considered. Cozy cottage sleeps 6 people. Upstairs is one large space with 2 bunk-beds and a Queen bed. Downstairs futon chair pulls out for single bed. Air Mattress also available if needed. Cornell and IC Graduation weekends: $500 per night/4 night minimum

The Rhodie House

The Rhodie House is located on the West shore of Cayuga Lake. It is close to Ithaca, wineries and parks. Cornell University can be seen from the dock. The lake frontage includes 80 ft. of gravel beach as well as a wooden dock. The cottage has a wrap around deck with great lake views. There are over 20 rhododendron bushes on the property. A smart TV allows streaming your favorite shows.
