The 300 sq ft two-story floor plan is truly one of a kind. The separate downstairs offers a cozy sitting room with a TV, comfy chairs, a desk, and a kitchenette. The upstairs includes a private outside hot water shower located on a secluded deck. Inside the bedroom a queen-size bed, sink with vanity, room with a toilet.

Close to Sensorio light show & Vina Robles amphitheater. Just 45 minutes from the beaches (Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay, Avila & San Simeon (home of Hearst Castle). Come see the giant elephant seals on the shore near San Simeon or the sea otters in Morro Bay.

Thoughtful amenities make this the perfect place to unwind.

Maverick Hill Ranch Farm Stay

Come and spend the night in our little red barn. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our little barn has a small kitchenette, a large king size bed and a rustic bathroom. We have also included a cool corduroy bean bag that converts into a full size mattress. The room includes a large TV with Netflix and prime, Kurig coffee maker, a variety of teas, outdoor patio with a fire pit. On the property we have horses, cats, chickens and many dogs.

Casita Oliva

Romantic, freestanding casita with private courtyard, set upon the hillside of a working olive farm in Paso Robles, California. Vintage Moroccan and Spanish light fixtures, built-in Moroccan queen-sized bed, refrigerator, coffee maker and basic utensils make this a perfect home-away-from-home or private retreat. The en suite bathroom features a porcelain tub/shower and stone sink. An outdoor fireplace, fountain and gorgeous views to the surrounding hillside complete the setting.

The house is only 30 minutes from beaches and San Luis Obispo, and less than 10 minutes from Paso Robles and many wineries making "Tiny in Templeton" a perfect, convenient and cozy choice for your central coast get away.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this unique "tiny home" set on a 50 acre ranch, remote enough to be free of urban lighting and noise, yet close enough to access Highway 101 within 10 minutes. Conveniently located between San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles, either destination is less than 30 minutes away. Swim some laps in the summer months, take an evening stroll, watch the deer forage in the pasture.
