Set at the base of the Baw Baw foot hills in West Gippsland only 1.5 hours drive from Melbourne you will find a mountainous choice of activities from visiting nearby waterfalls to relaxing by the BBQ and enjoying a glass of local wine to the calls of the native birds. Try your luck down by the River flowing through the property for some fishing or hike the bush trails throughout the property.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Pine hill cottage

Our quaint little cottage is set on a dairy farm in west Gippsland. It is self contained and provides accommodation for 1,2 , 3, or 4people.All cooking equipment is available in the kitchen and a carport is at the door. Glorious views of state forest. Suitable for children but need supervision. A coonara and fire equipment is provided, although it is essential that you bring a bag of firewood, available in the local town or petrol stations on the way.Also 2 other heaters.
