This modern studio has a private entrance, full kitchen with all the cooking basics and a full sized refrigerator and microwave as well as a 3/4 bathroom with a shower (NO Tub). There is a full sized futon as well as a twin sized air mattress if needed. This beautiful studio has an amazing view from the top of the hill and is within walking distance to historical downtown, Restaurants, shopping, and a ton more! *Homeowner lives on site in the house above the studio* *dog must be less than 30lbs

The is also a futon couch in the gameroom that has a pac-man arcade machine as well as well a table top arcade machine with over 17,000 games on it and a basketball machine. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

A short drive to Globe or 25 minutes to Gold Canyon this low key town is a great place to relax. 2 bedroom 1 bath no stairs and a private back yard.
