Les proprios Nathalie et Jean-Thomas occupent parfois un 2e chalet loin du premier au Lac Sauvage. Accès à l'étang pour baignade peut être partagé avec les proprios. .

Le terrain donne un accès direct à la rivière au sentier de marche ainsi qu'un accès privé pour un feu de joie.
