The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach in a quiet residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. On the North Wales Coastal Walk path & 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme. A great base for exploring North Wales or chilling locally.

Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. This first floor suite comprises of a cosy large lounge with dining area in the bay window, 3 seater settee, and a 50 inch tv. food prep area with microwave, kettle, toaster. Even an AIR FRYER. It’s perfect. the En-suite bedroom includes a 4’6x6’6 double bed, wall mounted television, wardrobe and chest of drawers Jack n Jill ( his and hers sinks), even your own auto lite vanity mirror, a nice large shower and a special sink we call the potwash. the whole suite has central heating also.

Slightly further afield you’ll find yourself in an excellent location to explore: historic Conwy, Snowdonia and Anglesey
