GVR facilities are available for a one-time fee. This is an age-restricted community. At least one resident must be 55 or older.

An ideal place as a base to explore southern AZ or just kick back and relax.

Cozy RV in central location

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Santa Rita Casita II is a perfect home away from home! This charming townhome is equipped with comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces, and located in Desert Hills II's popular active 55+ adults paradise. Enjoy the sunrise over the Santa Rita Mountains from the back patio, and the sunset from the courtyard in the front. Soak in the unique Arizona flora and fauna on display in the arroyo right outside your door, or hike trails and enjoy birding in nearby Madera Canyon.

Small, secluded private guest house in quiet area of Green Valley. Sits on 4 desert acres, filled with wonderful wildlife, and a great view of the night time stars. Far enough on the outside of town for a private feeling, yet close enough to make a run if need be. Small seating area outside for morning coffee, bird watching or relaxing at the end of your day. We do live on a dirt road, but it is very well maintained.
