Greenpoint is a safe, convenient option for exploring all parts of Manhattan, Brooklyn and Northern Queens. It is able to hold a Brooklyn neighborhood character with many small shops and provide calm in the hustle and bustle that is New York City. My space is quiet and minimal. The bedroom faces away from the street and is super quiet. I am three and a half blocks from the G train and the L at Bedford Avenue is a twenty minute walk past shops, restaurants, bars and through McCarren Park.

Within walking distance are a variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, 3 supermarkets and other shopping spots. A fast 15 minute ride into Manhattan on the L train. No parties allowed in the space. This is a smoke free environment. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the space. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.
