✨ Hi, I’m Tea a ski lover from Tbilisi. Owning an apartment in Gudauri has been my dream for a long time, and now it’s come true! This is my very first place in New Gudauri. I put a lot of love and effort into renovating and designing every detail to create a cozy, unique atmosphere. The apartment with mountain view balcony located in New Gudauri, at the elevation of two thousand two hundred meters, and is in one of the most beautiful and developed part of the Ski Resort, just few steps (about 100 meters) from the main Gondola/Ski lift and all the main amenities such as swimming pools, fitness, spa, shops, casino, restaurants, cafes, bars, ATM, ski rental areas. Hi, its Leqso, skiing lover from Tbilisi, Georgia :) I know nothing beats comfortable place to rest after enjoying spectacular slopes of Gudauri. I usually spend at least a few days each winter season and tried to design a place in a way that makes you feel home and to enjoy your ski holiday at its fullest. Appartment is equipped will all necessary amenities for long-term stay, including dedicated place to work and a separate bedroom. Hope you enjoy & take care of the place :)

Apartment is located in New Gudauri few steps from Gondola. Charm of the apartment is ski in ski out. apartment is a very cozy place for a little family or just for friends. From the balcony you will see a glorious view of the beautiful mountains of Gudauri. This modern studio features a kitchenette with all amenities , a seating area with a couch (couch bad) , a flat-screen TV with cable channels, WiFi, a desk, and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The apartment is located in New Gudauri, 200 meters from the Gondola, and ski lift is 50 meters from block. Guests have access to a,restaurant, café, casino, ski rental and most importantly, everything is extremely near. Guests have access to the whole apartment (studio): kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe and all the necessary amenities, also this apartment have a ski depot, on first floor of block . Most importantly, the apartment has an excellent panoramic view of the mountains.

This two-bedroom duplex apartment, along with a living room, can accommodate up to 5 guests and is situated just 80 meters away from the gondola lift. It has large windows that offer a great view of the mountains, a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings, a comfortable leather sofa, and a kitchen downstairs. Upstairs, you'll find two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the second one with a bunk bed where the bottom part also fits two people.
