Luxurious 2-bedroom suite located on the 2nd floor of our brand new house in the calm and quiet neighbourhood of Fraser Heights (14 step stairs to the 2nd floor inside unit). Kitchen included with essentials. Each bedroom has a queen bed. Bunk bed in one of the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room for those extra guests! Parking included at front of the house. Starlight Poolside Suite is a perfect one-bedroom guest suite in my detached house in Coquitlam’s Ranch Park neighbourhood. Coq Centre Mall, West Coast Express Train and Skytrain all within a 15 minute drive! You can walk to all these but as I am on a hill, you may wish to take transit or a cab back (5 mins). The comfy king bed can be split into two twin XL beds upon request. Shared backyard and heated pool (POOL OPEN JUN THRU SEPT).
