Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. The cottage has a simple but elegant country home feel. There is a large swing nestled in the large pecan trees that is fun for thrill seekers.

Welcome to Twin Lake Cottage! The entire house is yours to enjoy. Our guests love the water views, fishing and peaceful country setting. The cottage offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, while being perfectly located near downtown Waco, the Magnolia Silos and BSR Cable Park and Surf Resort. Restaurants, coffee shops and dining are all within a short, 15 min drive to Waco. The cottage is cleaned and sanitized and eager to welcome you.

Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.
