Maritza’s studio is perfect for a single person or a couple who wants to experience the beauty of a nice, safe, peaceful neighborhood. No suitable for infants. The studio is conveniently located near Big E, Six Flags, Basketball Hall of Fame, museums, nice restaurants,the MGM Casino, Yankee candle. 15 minutes from Baystate and Mercy Hospitals in Springfield and Noble Hospital in Westfield.

Wifi and smart tv. Sunny with central air in the summer warm and cozy in the winter. Walk or ride a bike to town. We’re located in Village Hill.

We are a 2 bdrm, 1 bath cottage on a peaceful cove of the Connecticut River. Enjoy bird life, water views and magical sunsets in this nature lovers’ paradise. Bright and airy throughout. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms on the first floor, with a loft space for reading, enjoying the view or doing work. We've provided 2 touring kayaks (longer/heavier than other kayaks) in the shed. We recommend at least one strong person and bring water shoes (the bottom is yucky)!
