On a quiet back street but only a mile from I-95, and the Moosehead ATV trail (and Rt. 7). Within walking distance of the library, a park, a flower shop, a barber, two repair shops, and a gas station. It has two nice bedrooms (upstairs), an office with a hide-a-bed couch (downstairs), and a large room that sleeps 2-3 between a queen bed and a single bed (upstairs)

A 30 min drive to downtown Waterville where you can find shopping and dining places for the whole family . Enjoy fishing , swimming and more right outside your door . Enjoy direct access to the Newport/Dover-Foxcroft Rail Trail from our backyard. Not a rider, enjoy the relaxing cottage feel of our home or venture less than a mile to our “Heart of Maine” small town. Enjoy shops, great eateries and quick lake access for those boaters at the public boat launch. With two bedrooms equipped with queen beds, we also offer extra space in the living room with a daybed & trundle. This home had a complete overhaul in 2022-2023 and is brand new!

Each cabin sleeps 4 people, with a queen sized bedroom and a 2 twin sleeping loft, accessed by a ship's ladder. A screened-in porch is the perfect place to sit and listen to our resident loons.
