The Rock-In Studio

The Rock-In is a self contained studio on the same property as our home. It is separated from our house by an undercover/BBQ area and has its own private entry. You will have your privacy but we are nearby if you want a chat or would like any information about the local area. The property is on the edge of the lovely Natimuk township and only a short 10min drive from Mount Arapiles/Djurite. Primarily suited for couples or individuals, but can accomodate two extra guests on a fold out couch

Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

Built c 1854 as a coaching station, an addition was built in c1876 - this section is now available for guests. The apartment sleeps up to 4 adults with a queen sized bed in a separate bedroom, as well as a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed in the huge lounge area. A charming, heritage listed property situated in the heart of Penola. Built by Alexander Cameron in 1869, it is within walking distance to the Main Street of Penola, giving easy access to restaurants, hotels, cafes and the historical Petticoat Lane. The cottage backs onto a family friendly town square, playground and public pool with plenty of room for your children to play. Dogs are welcome - larger dog owners please note that the fence is only 90cm high.

On the edge of Rocklands Reservoir, 4 bedroom home

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.
