This charming village house was completely renovated in 2018. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, an entrance garden with a barbecue and a wide yard with a brick rotisserie. The holiday home stands at 600 m above sea level and is peaceful and quiet, allowing you to immerse in untouched nature. All the rooms have a mountain view. The nearest beach is in Meljine, 12km away. Places of interest include the walled town of Herceg Novi (15km) and mountains (Orjen and Subra, both higher than 1500 m).

The villa is located on the Lustica in Montenegro. In front of the villa there is a wonderful view of the Bay of Kotor. The villa is located in the middle of olive groves . On the ground floor of the villa there is a living room with a kitchen, balcony and a bathroom. On the second and third floors there are four bedrooms,a working area and two balconies and three bathrooms. •Sea view •WiFi •BBQ area •parking •Private swimming pool •sauna The deposit must be left at the time of your stay.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Our brand new apartment is situated on the coast of Boka Bay (Bay of Kotor) in a big house right by the sea. There is a nice sandy beach right in front of the house and a big green backyard with shade on the other side of the house. It is close to Airport Tivat (25min by car/bus) , to the historical Unecso heritage town of Kotor (30min by car/bus.15min by boat), to the old museum-town of Perast (15min by bus/car), to the beautiful town of Herceg-Novi (15min by car/bus). Njut av naturens ljud när du bor på detta unika ställe. Mitt i oasen och en bit bort ( 1600m) från Žanjic stranden och på en höjd av 350m ligger tomten. Vakna med fågelkvitter under luftiga skuggor av olivlundar. På en egen kaskad och altan ligger denna stora och vackra tält. På samma mark som sträcker sig på över 1600 kvadrat meter finns en trästuga och en något mindre tält. Välkomna!
