This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Located 20 miles east of Austin and 2 miles from the LCRA McKinney Roughs Nature Park. Our 20 acres is a quiet spot conveniently close to the city. This is a one room air-conditioned & heated cabin with a twin & a double bed & a small kitchen. Happy Horse is Elegant Camping/Glamping: the darling outhouse and hot water shower (enclosed but open to the moon & stars) are only a few yards away from the porch. BBQ grill & picnic table a few feet from the porch. Hot water sink nearby.

This is a completely private guest suite with living room/office, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. There are no shared spaces at all, so you can enjoy your privacy! The location is 10-15 mins to the airport and downtown Austin, around 20 mins to CoTA, and one block to a mini-mart, neighborhood grocery store, Mexican food restaurant, and bus stops. But the best part? Your stay is chore-free AND there's no cleaning fee!

Stand alone home in east Austin, so no shared walls. 12 minutes to the airport and 12 minutes to downtown. Sleeps 5 very comfortably, but you can sleep 8 if you really wanted to between the three bedrooms (two queens and one twin), pullout sectional (queen), and reclining couch (twin). Large backyard with a deck and seating to enjoy the outside while it's not too hot! Has a single car driveway, but there is plenty of street parking directly in front of the house.
