Yes, warm! Our place is a feeling. You can arrive in the dark and see by our firepit Park next to the deck, walk a few feet, open the door, and walk inside. You're home. We are setup for anytime arrival. "Kate Brown" wears a hat and is milked every day. We give a free goat milk sample. Free-range chickens and roosters will follow you. Snuggle down on the love couch for a Roku/Netflix movie (you connect to YOUR cellphone Hotspot). You can walk around and see wildlife or buy fresh eggs ($4).

This Mid Mod home was updated in 2022 with a Modern Farmhouse flair. The space is private, peaceful and centrally-located. The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. The home is just outside Boise National Forest in Wildlife Canyon and an hour out of Eagle, Meridian and Boise. Guests will have access to the entire home. Choice of bedroom, either main floor or second floor. Bedrooms have an elegant walk-in shower. The second floor has two bedrooms, a kitchenette with mini frig, microwave, electric skillet, toaster oven and Kuerig and a deck with a hot tub, grill and bar height table and seating for four.

Secluded Mountain Yurt with Power & Starlink

Surrounded by nearly 45 acres of secluded mountain forest a mile above the South Fork of the Payette River between Banks and Crouch, this private yurt offers true off-grid living with modern comforts. Enjoy electricity, Starlink internet, a mini-split for heat and AC, wood stove, propane cook stove and grill. Close to hot springs, hiking and river fun. Not for everyone. No running water, we provide fresh water and a clean porta-potty.

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

The Bird Nest
