Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

This is one of two cabins located on our working quarter horse ranch nestled in the splendor of the Southern Black Hills, of South Dakota. 4 miles from Hot Springs. Modern bunkhouse with queen and bunk bed, shower, and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. There is no wifi in the bunkhouse. This cozy, one-bedroom apartment is near The Chapel in the Hills, Canyon Lake Park, and in the foothills of the Black Hills. Also covered parking and additional space for a toy hauler. A private entrance means you can come and go as you please. Ask about long term rates from October thru April.
