This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Ev Karaburun'dan önce eski bir yörük köyü olan Kösedere'de bulunmaktadır. Kösedere, eski zamanlarda denizden gelebilecek saldırılardan korunmak için denizden araba ile 8 dakika uzaktaki bir yamaçta bulunan gizli bir köydür. Dizi çekimlerinin yapıldığı bu köydeki şirin meydanda kafelerde gözleme, börek gibi yerel lezzetleri tadabilirsiniz. İnsanları son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdir. Köyün aşağısındaki Kaynarpınar cam gibi denizi ile küçük bir Yünan limanını andırır.
