Step inside and take in the unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains from the floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding the open living space. Decorated with plants & various items we've discovered while travelling, this space is a true labour of love. Sit under the stars (yay, no light pollution!) in the glorious 8-person hot tub... Roast marshmallows around the fire... Grill up a feast on the wrap-around deck's year-round BBQ.

Relax with couples or as a family in this newly brought to life cabin with an incredible view of the Columbia Wetlands and Rocky Mountains. The cedar smell and cabin feel are grounding and the patio glass railing allows you to take in the environment without any obstruction to your view. Enjoy BBQ and hot tub on the deck while you're at it! There is an additional home being built 200 yards from property - some construction and noise occur until August 2025. If you are an outdoor enthusiast, this is the perfect base camp to go explore, located right next to the Legacy Trail! Work remotely (if you must) and let your creativity flow.

Winter fun includes skiing at the Fairmont Ski Resort or Panorama Ski Resort in Invermere, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or skating on Windermere Lake.

Located just a five minute walk from Kinsmen beach close to the downtown district, our lower level suite is perfect for those vacationers wanting to take in all that our beautiful mountain town has to offer. I am fortunate to have lived and worked in the valley for the past 10 years, and I love having the opportunity to host guests and share some of my favourite "must see" gems of our little town.
