My place is close to the airport, to the bus station and to the subway as well. Within 200 meters you have access to a bakery, butcher, mini markets, supermarkets and restaurants. I can arrange the transfer from/to the apartment by private car (extra charge). Government, Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, has to be paid in cash upon arrival. The cost of the tax is 2€ per night from 01 November to 31 March, or 8€ per night from 1 April to 31 October (the prices are per accommodation, not per person)

Πρόκειται για ένα ισόγειο ανεξάρτητο διαμέρισμα 52 τ.μ σε μονοκατοικία της οικογένειας,15 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το αεροδρόμιο Αθήνας-μετρό,10 λεπτά από τις παραλίες Πόρτο Ράφτη και αρχαιολογικό χώρο ναού Αρτέμιδος με αξιόλογο μουσείο. Η παραλία της Αρτέμιδας σε 15 λεπτά. Το κοντινότερο super market σε 3χλμ. Φαγητό, ποτό η καφέ στο Πόρτο Ράφτη ή Μαρκόπουλο.
