Villa Kea

Villa Kea is a very private newly built villa situated in the most valued area of the Island overlooking the sheltered and cultured harbor of Vourkari. The small traditional port of Vourkari is a call for yachts with a vibrant selection of tavernas, shops, art galleries, and bars within walking distance. The Villa has been lovingly constructed in a traditional Cycladic style and is built on 3 levels using natural materials. It has stunning sea views from the large wraparound terraces.

You can watch busy summer life from a close distance or turn to the other edge of the house, away from any gaze.

Our house is located in the most beautiful area of Kea Koundouros. Very nice, allows the visitor to admire the unique view of the deep blue sea and relax under the beautiful sunset. Made from traditional stone of the island, consists of 2 bedrooms, one office, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living room, and large outdoor courtyard.

Our farmhouse is located in Plagia region, between Ioulida and Pisses beach. Family - owned for 200+ years, it has been recently renovated with respect to the local architecture, including all modern appliances, without losing its traditional touch. If you are looking for immense verandas and an infinite view you should visit us.
