A beautiful historic house renovated with cool retro decor, super-fast WiFi, hardwired TV with Netflix in a cosy sitting room. As a charming old building, the cottage has some low doorways that the taller amongst us need to be aware of! Great bathroom. Well equipped 'eat in' kitchen and comfortable bedrooms with fresh linen and towels.

Outside are two private decked areas, the larger lower deck has a Mediterranean feel and overlooks the communal gardens & fields beyond, equipped with outdoor furniture 7 a chimnea where guests can use their own portable BBQs.

The Barns are situated opposite each other across the pretty cobbled courtyard. The Barns are made for entertaining and family get togethers. A luxury, modernised home with spectacular sea views ideally placed for the South Hams. The main house sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 king ensuites plus 1 king and 1 twin sharing a large luxury bathroom). There is a basement cinema, 2 lounges, dining room and laundry rooms. Above the large games room are 2 additional , ensuite, superking bedrooms ( without the sea views of the rest of the house.). The Lodge sleeps up to 14 in total, perfect to accommodate larger gatherings in comfort.

You can find our cottage in the wonderful and unique village of East Prawle, the most southerly point of Devon. Our cottage with sea-views is on a quiet road and has one space for parking directly outside, it is a 5 minute walk from the brilliant local pub, village shop, cafe and coastal path Originally built in 1750 for the farmer’s tenants, we’ve recently restored and renovated the building (hence why it’s new to book!) You will find everything you need for a wonderful stay

The South West coast path runs directly in front of this fishermans cottage stepped with history making it ideal for active holiday makers as well as photographers,artists and ornithologists.
