Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. Vor uns erstreckt sich das gesamte Etschtal, ein Spektakel zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit und Meran und das Schloss Tirol liegen uns zu Füßen. Ein perfekter Ausgangsort für Wanderungen und schöne Spaziergänge.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.

Eingebettet in die besondere Natur- und Kulturlandschaft des Pustertals ermöglicht die ruhige Lage des biologisch geführten Hofes angenehmes und entspanntes Wohnen - tierische Begegnungen garantiert! Zugleich besticht der Standort durch sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der wenige Kilometer entfernt liegenden Stadt Bruneck und des Kronplatzes (auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar).
