Blackwater village also hosts a newly renovated & recently opened restaurant/pub, an Asian takeaway, Linda’s chipper, Blackwater coffee company, two pubs & a spar supermarket. The Ravenport hotel is also just a 10 minute drive.

An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

There are 3 bedrooms (one with en suite), a sleeping loft above the den, a mezzanine, 2nd bathroom, plus a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Accessed via an entrance gate, the house is set back from the road in a peaceful, private setting with mature gardens, patio & barbecue area.
