Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Rockford Police Headquarter is a block away from the house. Great restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping malls and so much more within 5 minutes of drive. This is perfect for weekend getaways, business trips or a cozy home base while exploring everything that Rockford has to offer. No toilet and water in the RV.

Centrally Located. Just debuting this fun and colorful lower apartment for your stay near downtown Rockford. 1000 sq feet. This is my second BnB in this vintage 4 unit apartment building I have owned since 1987. New queen beds in both bedrooms with a shared bathroom between them. Absolutely no parties. I live directly above. You may hear some muffled sounds as there was no great soundproofing in 1928 Washer and dryer in basement for guests staying a week or more or by request.

If you’re coming for the car show in July we are just 1 block from where the car display starts. Sycamore Steam Show is approximately 7miles/15 minutes. City park is 1 block from apartment.
