A traditional Fisherman house. One bedroom with double bed.Fully equipted bathroom. One traditional “SIRMA” in which fishermen storage their boats for the winter. It's located into the fishermen village called Klima. Fully renovated (2019), with many traditional tips from its past. Sunset Mansion

Where history meets modern design… Welcome to our “Sunset Mansion”. This is a fully renovated luxurious contemporary house of the 1840s, previously owned by nobles of the traditional settlement of Plaka. High ceilings, very ample spaces,, a veranda offering a unique sunset view and a design which combines simplicity and luxury are some of the key aspects characterizing this special house. We can welcome up to eight guests, each one featuring its own private bathroom.

Blue Sea House

It consists of two levels. The lower floor has two sofas that can accommodate two persons, a fully organized kitchen, a dining table, and a small w.c. The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two rooms that contain a double bed, two single beds, a toilet, a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a nice restaurant 250 meters from the house and some really interesting walk paths that lead you to a variety of destinations.

The Colourful Land Syrma

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. The little fishing village known as Klima is located right on the waterfront quite close to the entrance of the huge natural harbour of Milos. The tiny hamlet is much admired for its little boat houses with their brightly painted doors and windows.

Klima is a traditional fishing village with colourful houses extending all the way to the small coast. It is located below the village of Trypiti and the Catacombs. The "Sirma" -a used to be winter hideout for fishing boats- was recently revamped.
