MOMI Homes is comprised of two homes, North and South located on a hill overlooking the turquoise sea and the beautiful Chora of Koufonisi. This listing is for the South Home. Each en suite room has its own private entrance and there is a common area for everyone to come together at the living room/kitchen and outdoor area. MOMI Homes are designed for a peaceful and relaxing stay, with Chora of Koufonisi just minutes walk away and the island’s beaches easily reached on food or by car.

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

Είναι μια παραδοσιακή κυκλαδίτικη κατοικία πρώτου ορόφου, ανεξάρτητη με δικές της μεγάλες βεράντες με θέα στην θάλασσα και υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλέματα. Βρίσκεται σε μία πολύ ήσυχη τοποθεσία η οποία απέχει δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το χωριό. (Δρόμος τσιμεντόστρωτος , φωτισμένος). Κουζινουλα για μαγειρεμα και μεγάλο νεροχυτη στον εξωτερικό χώρο. Στη μια βεράντα υπάρχει διπλό κρεββάτι για ηλιοθεραπεία η για υπνο αγκαλιά με..... τ' αστέρια!!!!!!

The double room has handmade traditional iron double bed with beautiful romantic furnishings. There is air conditioner, TV, hair dryer, big enough refrigerator, filter coffee maker and what ever is needed for a simple breakfast.
