The cottage has 2 Bedrooms with Queen bed in each room. Lounge, kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The separate Bungalow outside has a Bunk bed and a ensuite. Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Studio 237 Private self contained Apt/Balcony

Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.

The home is located on 1 acre in a quiet court on the fringe of Echuca that is a 5 minute drive to the town centre and far enough away to avoid the river noise in summer. It has spacious living & lounge areas along with a large rear patio and lawns. It has a double garage and a rear workshop area that could accommodate a boat and/or caravan. It has an evaporative cooler for summer & gas central heating in winter.
