Αλλά και για χειμερινές διακοπές, καθώς η ησυχία και η θέα είναι όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για να ηρεμήσει και να χαλαρώσει. Ο χώρος αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, χώρο κουζίνας και μπάνιο.

The property is surrounded by multi-centenarian old olive trees and offers panoramic views to the open sea and the port of Kimi. While the location of the property offers a quiet and secluded setting, it is only a 3 minutes’ walk to the popular seafront where café’s, restaurants, bakery and shops can be found. Access to the pool, as well as to the olive and vegetable gardens. A number of outdoors activities such as mountain e-biking, boating, hiking, rock climbing and more can be arranged.

Welcome to our beautiful traditional house in the coastal village of Platana, on the island of Evia. The house features three bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a sofa-bed, kitchen and bathrooms. The terrace overlooks the Aegean sea. The house is situated inside the village, close to restaurants and super markets, as well as the beach. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται μέσα σε άγριο ελατοδάσος.Δεν υπάρχει σήμα κινητής τηλεφωνίας παρά μόνο σε συγκεκριμένα σημεία και στην κορυφή του βουνού.Απευθύνεται σε ανθρώπους που αγαπούν την φύση και το άγριο.Απαιτείται η χρήση "ψηλού" αυτοκινήτου ή 4x4 καθώς ο δρόμος είναι αρκετά δύσκολος ιδιαίτερα τους χειμερινούς μήνες.Το ανάμα φωτιάς ,η χρήση σόμπας ξύλου καθώς και η χρήση κουζίνας γκαζιού πρέπει να είναι μέσα στις βασικές δεξιότητες του επισκέπτη .
