The 10-acre property is adjacent to the Overend Mountain Park, with direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails, and features numerous sitting areas, gardens and vistas. Visitors enjoy the peace and serenity of the guest suite as a perfect paring with enjoying Durango’s adventures and activities. A freshly prepared continental breakfast is included with the room fee.

The master bedroom has a king bed and fireplace, the middle floor's cozy bedroom has a queen bed; and the ground floor bedroom has a private entrance with two queen beds.
